Continuing Education - Requirements:
Responsible Individual (RI):
As the Responsible Individual, whether a Mortgage Banker or a Mortgage Broker, you are required to attend 12 hours of continuing education annually prior to December 31. Our courses are new material, current regulations and fresh ideas. These sessions meet or exceed the requirements for Arizona Law, Federal Law, Non-Traditional Loans and Ethics.
Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO):
Every Mortgage Loan Originator working for a Mortgage Banker, Mortgage Broker or other Consumer Lender must complete 8 hours of continuing education prior to December 31, 2011 and every calendar year thereafter. Don't wait until the last minute! Dynamic instructors, convenient times and locations. These sessions meet or exceed the requirements for Arizona Law, Federal Law, Non-Traditional Loans and Ethics.
