What We Offer
Pursuant to the S.A.F.E. Act, all Mortgage Loan Originators are required to attend a minimum of 20 hours of pre-licensing education. All Mortgage Loan Originators are also required to take two exams: a national exam and a state specific exam prior to obtaining a license.
Responsible Individual Continuing Education Requirements:
The State of Arizona requires all Responsible Individuals for a Mortgage Bankers License or a Mortgage Brokers License to attend a minimum of 12 hours continuing education prior to December 31 of each year.
Mortgage Broker Licensing Requirements:
Minimum of 3 of the last 5 years experience, 24 hours of classroom instruction and a passing score on an examination. Furthermore, the Responsible Individual must meet residential requirements of a minimum of ninety (90) days in residency.
